Full-Time Patient Accounts Counselor

Ohio Hills Health Centers, a community health center providing high-quality primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care to residents in 9 eastern Ohio counties, is seeking a full-time Patient Accounts Counselor to work in the OHHC administrative offices located in Barnesville, Ohio.

This position will be responsible for fielding patient questions regarding insurance payments, payment plans, and patient account information. This position is also responsible for the sliding fee discount program.

Candidates must have a minimum of a High School diploma. Must demonstrate reliability, great computer skills as well as interpersonal and communication skills. Previous health insurance billing and/or physician office experience is desired.
